Kofta Skewer – X Large 650mm

Kofta is a Middle Eastern dish made from minced lamb, beef, chicken, or pork mixed with onions, garlic, and spices.

This meat mixture is then shaped on to the Kofta skewers and cooked over hot coals. Kofta is generally served with pita’s, salads, dips and sauces.

These Kofta skewers are made from 3mm 304 Stainless steel, which is food safe as well as dishwasher safe.
